Shabbat for 2000

Shabbat for 2000 (S2K) is the largest student-run event at NYU and the largest Jewish student event in the country! On March 25th, over two thousand students will join together for a festive Shabbat dinner. Register NOW to sit at the Gesher: Israel at NYU table!

Literally translated, 'gesher' in Hebrew means 'bridge." Gesher @ NYU's goal is to maintain the bridge from New York to Israel, through Israeli culture, political discussions, music, film, engaging conversation, advocacy and more. Israel is a small, but multi-faceted country, and our goal is to translate all of this to campus in the upcoming months! Whether you were born in Israel, have been there once, or are not even sure where to find Israel on a map, we hope you will get involved!
